Shipment & delivery

Because of our large stock of tents, we can very often deliver or prepare standard sizes and standard colours immediately. For printed products and non-standard colours, you should count on a delivery time of about two weeks. You can pick up your order or have it delivered in various ways:

  • Pick up your order at Partyspace in Beselare

Products in stock can be picked up the same day from Partyspace at Potteriestraat 67, 8980 in Beselare. You can recognize them on the webshop by the label 'immediately available'. Please take into account that the stock changes every time, so the stock may be exhausted at the time of ordering. In that case, we will contact you to inform you when the product is back in stock.

As soon as we have received the order, our warehousekeeper will start preparing everything. Please take into account any waiting times when picking up during the high season. Collection in our showroom is always FREE of charge.

The goods can only be picked up once the order has been paid. In our office you can pay with cash or bancontact.

  • Pick up your order at a Partyspace dealer

In the shopping cart it is possible to select 'Pick up at a dealer', where you can select a dealer near you.
If everything is in stock, we deliver the order(s) once per week to our distributors. We will let you know when the order is available for pickup at our distributor. Please keep in mind that there will be longer waiting times if you choose this option. Pickup at one of our distributors is always FREE.

The goods can only be picked up at one of our distributors, once we have received the payment on our account. Unfortunately we cannot accept a copy of the bank transfer as a valid proof of payment.

  • Delivery to your home

Our deliveries are made either via our own delivery service or, depending on the volume and location, by TNT, DB Schenker or Dematra. In order to have an order delivered to your home, a transport cost will be charged.

Goods can only be sent when we have received the payment on our account. Unfortunately, we cannot accept a copy of the bank transfer as a valid proof of payment.

If everything is in stock and paid for, the goods can be immediately prepared for delivery. Please note that the transport service comes by once a day to pick up the orders. Consequently, if we receive the order and payment after the transport service has visited, the goods can no longer be shipped the same day.

Indication of delivery times:

Belgium: 1 to 2 working days
The Netherlands: 1 to 2 working days
France: 1 to 2 working days
Germany: 1 to 2 working days
Other countries: from 3 working days

Partyspace cannot be held liable for any failure to meet this delivery deadline due to force majeure.
