Sidewall for stretch tent - extension - 3 x 2.75 m - panoramic
Thanks to the sidewall for stretch tents your tent will be completely water- and windtight. It will be even nicer to spend time under your stretch tent than ever before, even when the weather is not in your favour. Moreover, the warmth and cosiness of a patio heater for example stays much longer inside the tent.
Specifications
This sidewall is 3 meter wide and 2.75 m high and is easy to install thanks to the ingenious design. It is made of the same high quality fabric as our stretch tents, which is elastic double coated triflexx of 560 g/m². The fabric is coated with a protective coating on both sides, is uv-resistant and is fire retardant according to class M2. The sidewalls logically are available in the same colours as our tents and can therefore lookwise be perfectly combined with the tent. The poles are made of ultra strong whitewood.
Setup
The sidewall has a keder seam at three sides, which slide into the grooves in the wooden poles on the side and into the groove in the anodised aluminium bar at the top. This way, the canvas is nice and tight and it is neatly installed in the poles, instead of just fixed to them. At the top the sidewall is fitted with a special keder which allows you to roll and stow the sidewall more easily.
Poles
On top of the poles, a pole cap is installed to protect the tent canvas. The poles themselves are anchored by means of steel foot plates with holes, so you can anchor them to the ground using pegs of 50 or 80 cm. At the top of the pole an eye bolt is fitted on the outside, so that the sidewall can be fixed and is not blown into the tent by the wind.
Panoramic window
At more or less ten centimeters from the sides, the sidewall is fitted with extremely strong block tooth zippers and at the top there are buckles so you can roll up the sidewall and attach it. This saves you a lot of time and effort, since you can just leave the sidewall frame installed and open or close the sidewall, depending on the weather or the temperature.
Base or extension
This is the extension set that contains all parts to attach the sidewall to an already installed sidewall. With this set it is not possible to install a complete sidewall, you can only make an existing sidewall longer. If you want an even longer sidewall, you can connect several sidewalls of two or three meters wide in order to obtain the desired length. It is also possible to build sidewalls cornerwise.
