Tents offer a solution for Volvo Group Belgium

A little while ago, Volvo Group Belgium came knocking at our door because they were looking for additional space. Social distancing is something which in many companies has to be respected, also outdoors.
A safe working environment applies everywhere
For each company it is a challenge finding a suitable way to keep things going and keeping in mind the social distancing rules. Alos Volvo Group Belgium started looking for solutions and possibilities to guarantee a safe working environment to their employees. This was not only the case inside their buildings, but also the exterior company ground needed some modifications.
In the resting areas, the 1.5 meter distance had to be respected. That's why Nico Anthuenis, Real Estate Manager at Volvo Group Belgium, came to us. He was mainly looking for a quick and sustainable solution. He came to the right address at Above & Beyond.eu
Through snow and blizzards
A couple of tent types were suggested, but keeping in mind the extreme circumstances the pagoda tents were mainly recommended. Pagoda tents can easily be put outside for a longer period of time as they can handle a storm or two. And with the current weather conditions, it is most certainly important to choose a tent which can handle heavy rain and wind.
A couple of days later, the tents were already installed and in place. This was the first time Volvo Group Belgium came knocking at our door. Nico about the collaboration: ‘They are very much ahead of the game and deliver great service”.
